is an archival and scanning
business, specializing in the organizational process of
converting paper documents into electronic files.
Founded in 2002
by Ginny Williams, archSCAN has organized and
scanned thousands of hard copy paper documents,
that industries have created and are required to
keep, into digital images. Ginny worked in the
reprographics industry and saw the future of
digital archiving. She decided to open a
business specializing the organizational process
of archiving and scanning. |

archSCAN, LLC
has since organized and scanned large-scale
paper drawings and small-scale documents into a digital
formats, usually "Read-Only" PDF files. Documents
are scanned at a high resolution to ensure the
best image possible and an electronic index is created
and tailored to meet the needs
of each individual client. We spend time with each
client to ensure that all of their digital archiving
needs have been met and that they understand how to use the product
that archSCAN has created for them.
archSCAN's
headquarters is located in Annapolis, MD and its
production facility has recently relocated to a new,
larger location in Baltimore, MD. archSCAN has
updated its equipment and purchased more scanners to
meet the needs of the growing business.

is certified by the State of Maryland as a
minority/disadvantaged enterprise and is certified by
the City of Baltimore as a WBE.
